Outdooor Grill and picnic table (need to bring your own utensils and charcoal or purchase at the General Store)

No smoking.
No pets.
No hotplates or cooking other than microwave.
No parties or loud noise.
Quiet time between 9 pm and 8 am.
Campfires in designated areas only.

**Violation of any of these rules constitututes immediate eviction of premises with no refund.**
